4-week online yoga session: A stabilizing practice to work with your own body’s stability, strength, and flexibility. Start where you are. I teach a slow mindful practice to focus on building awareness of your breath and body, to build strength, work on flexibility in a safe and supported way. My aim is that this practice helps you to regulate your nervous system which may be felt through deeper breathing, more calm, better sleep, greater focus. Strength and flexibility = more resilience.
